Aero-News (Nouvelles conditions d’entrée en Tunisie) – Le ministère de la Santé a annoncé ce lundi 9 novembre 2020, que des nouvelles règles de voyager en Tunisie ont été adoptées par la commission scientifique chargée de suivre la propagation du coronavirus.
Ainsi, toute personne qui présente des symptômes ou qui est positive au coronavirus sera interdite de voyage.
Présenter un certificat contenant le résultat d’un test RT-PCR négatif est obligatoire. Ce test ne doit pas dépasser les 72 heures qui précèdent le voyage.
Chaque passager doit respecter les gestes barrière, la distanciation physique et le port du masque de protection durant toute la période du voyage.
Au point de contrôle des voyageurs, une fiche doit être remplie en plus de l’obligation de télécharger l’application de suivi.
Des tests rapides seront réalisés sur un échantillon de voyageurs. Les personnes positives seront hébergées dans les centres de confinement obligatoire.
Le téléchargement de l’application de suivi à distance à l’arrivée en Tunisie est obligatoire.
A partir du lundi 16 novembre 2020, le confinement sera obligatoire dans le lieu de résidence ou dans les hôtels consacrés pour une durée de 14 jours à la charge des concernés. Les services régionaux de santé auront la tâche de contrôler les lieux de confinement.
Au septième jour de confinement, le test RT-PCR peut être effectué pour ceux qui le désirent. Si le résultat est négatif, il y a une possibilité de quitter le lieu de confinement. Si des symptômes apparaissent durant la période de confinement obligatoire, le test RT-PCR est effectué à la charge de l’Etat.
En cas d’impossibilité d’obtenir un certificat négatif au coronavirus, le voyageur concerné doit obligatoirement rester dans un hôtel de confinement durant trois jours à sa charge et faire un test RT-PCR à l’arrivée.
Si le résultat du test RT-PCR est négatif, le confinement obligatoire de 14 jours est imposé dans le lieu de résidence ou dans un hôtel avec la possibilité de faire un test après sept jours à la charge de la personne concernée.
Pour les personnes qui rentrent pour un séjour de courte durée, elles doivent respecter un confinement de sept jours avec la réalisation d’un test RT-PCR en cas d’apparition de symptômes.
Pour ceux qui arrivent pour un très court séjour qui ne dépasse pas les cinq jours, ils doivent présenter un résultat négatif d’un test RT-PCR réalisé 72 heures avant l’enregistrement pour le voyage.
Pour les cas urgents (raisons familiales, professionnelles ou sanitaires), avec impossibilité de faire un test RT-PCR, il faut obtenir un permis des autorités sanitaires et expliquer les motifs du voyage, son programme détaillé et les endroits à visiter. L’application du protocole de protection contre le coronavirus est obligatoire dans ce cas.
