Aero-News (Tunisair) – La compagnie Tunisair a annoncé, lundi 1er février 2021, que seuls les déplacements essentiels sont autorisés vers l’Espagne jusqu’au 28 février 2021, et ce suite aux nouvelles restrictions sanitaires imposées par les autorités espagnoles.
Concrètement, les personnes autorisées à se rendre en Espagne sont :
Les résidents ordinaires de l’Union européenne, des Etats associés à Schengen, d’Andorre, de Monaco, du Vatican (Saint-Siège) ou de Saint-Marin qui se rendent en Espagne, en fournissant une preuve documentaire.
Les titulaires d’un visa de long séjour délivré par un Etat membre ou un Etat associe? a? Schengen qui se dirigent vers l´Espagne.
Les professionnels de santé, y compris les chercheurs et les professionnels des soins aux personnes âgées qui se dirigent vers ou reviennent de leur activité professionnelle.
Le personnel de transport, les marins et le personnel aéronautique nécessaire pour mener à bien les activités de transport aérien.
Le personnel diplomatique, consulaire, des organisations internationales, militaires, de la protection civile et les membres des organisations humanitaires, dans l’exercice de leurs fonctions.
Les étudiants qui effectuent leurs études dans les Etats membres ou les Etats associés à Schengen et qui disposent du permis ou du visa et de l’assurance médicale correspondante, à condition qu’ils se rendent dans le pays où ils étudient et que l’entrée ait lieu pendant l’année universitaire ou 15 jours avant.
Des travailleurs hautement qualifiés dont le travail est nécessaire et ne peut pas être reporté ou effectué à distance, y compris les participants à des manifestations sportives de haut niveau qui ont lieu en Espagne. Ces circonstances doivent être justifiées par des documents.
Les personnes voyageant pour des raisons familiales impératives dûment accréditées.
Les personnes qui ont des documents justifiant des raisons de force majeure, ou dont l’entrée est autorisée pour des raisons humanitaires. Les résidents des pays tiers énumérés ci-dessous à condition :
– Qu’ils viennent directement de ces pays.- Qu’ils aient transité seulement par un des pays listés ci-dessous.- Qu’ils aient effectué des transits internationaux via n’importe quel aéroport du monde mais toujours en provenance de : l’Australie, la Nouvelle-Zélande, le Rwanda, Singapour, la Corée du Sud, la Thaïlande, la Chine, les Régions administratives spéciales de la République populaire de Chine, Hong Kong, Macao.
